How we spotted a market-fit
We saw a market fit by recognizing a demand for high-quality outdoor gear with the convenience of online shopping. Our approach focused on offering premium brands through a drop-shipping model, which allowed us to provide a wide selection without holding inventory.
To scale, we built a seamless online platform, optimized product sourcing, and developed strong partnerships with leading brands, which helped us grow efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Everything was setup with XML integrations distributing orders back and forth, allowing us to handle multiple vendors from both nationally and internationally.
Results
The results of our approach were impressive. We became a top seller for major brands like Deerhunter and Laksen Sporting in Denmark, ranking #1 on Google for Laksen Sporting.
Our seamless online platform helped us reach DKK 3.1M in annual revenue, with over 50 brands in our portfolio.
